They then go on a lift to which Sanford asks what will happen when they get to the top. If he gets approached he will be frightened and then run away. After surviving the security system and the Dissonant G03LMs, the quartet enters a room with a cyber bandit presumably stealing technology. After you kill one Dissonant G03LM, the security system activates which consists of lasers you must avoid. The quartet then goes up a flight of stairs to a room housing 4 Dissonant G03LMs(G03LM Mk D) and Dissonance weapons where you can restock Christoff's dissonance powers. Robot guard dogs then drop from the roof that you need to kill. When the quartet exits the elevator, they enter a room where they trip the alarm. This is why, or at least according to Sanford, is why the majority of citizens believe that Project Nexus is just some lowly cloning and battle-readiness program. When Sanford asks what Phobos exchanged the resources for, Christoff responds that Phobos traded everything that could start war and conflict, including soldiers, training modules, and equipment. Deimos questions why the Nexus Core needs a museum to which Christoff responds that the museum is propaganda and that Phobos force him and others to do business with unsavory merchants across Nevada to acquire resources. After the quartet kills all the odiums and lamenters, they enter the elevator. More lamenters start to spawn along with 3 more odiums after the first one dies. After they kill the group of lamenters, an odium drops from the roof exclaiming that the quartet must die. Just as the quartet goes near the elevator, lamenters come in through all sides with one of them being extremely disturbed as he screams out "WHY!" various times. The next room contains an elevator and lockers containing weapons. Sanford then warns him that the Nexus Core goons could've weaponized the entire facility. The level starts with Hank, Sanford, Deimos, and Christoff entering the Tower and Deimos mentioning how glad he is that he can finally finish this mission. Let's get to the Divergence Engine and end this mission for good.Īscend the Tower and disable Project Nexus. And once Project Nexus has been dismantled, Christoff should be aptly equipped to reverse the damage done by Director Phobos and his Nexus Core goons. Nexus City lies sprawled out beneath us, a fetid pockmark on the Nevadean landscape. We've finally made it to the top of the the Science Tower.
